@#[摘 要] 唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素（sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-type lectin， Siglec）是一类能够识别唾液酸化聚糖结构的膜蛋白，近年来，随着对Siglec调节肿瘤微环境研究的深入，其已成为抗肿瘤药物研发的重要方向之一。本文系统介绍Siglec家族成员中的Siglec-1、-2、-3、-7、-9、-10、-15通过与其各自配体相互作用而调节固有免疫或适应性免疫的机制及其在抗肿瘤治疗中的应用进展，为肿瘤免疫治疗提供新的思路。
