The types of exercise include aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which may work well for blood glucose, insulin resistance, blood lipids, vascular endothelial function, brain glucose metabolism and brain lactic acid metabolism, etc. HIIT is time-saving, high-efficiency and well-compliance for diabetic patients in fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and insulin resistance. Objective:To investigate the efficacy of exercise on patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes. Methods:Literatures about exercise intervention for pre-diabetes and diabetes from September, 2014 to September, 2019 were searched from PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang databases, and the references included were traced back.
