ABSTRACT
Objective:
To apply Botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) injection for cricopharyngeal achalasia dysphagia guided by ultrasound and electrical stimulation.Methods:
A case with cricopharyngeal achalasia dysphagia was reviewed.Results:
He ate food almost in normal way six days after injection, and cricopharyngeus was open seven days after injection.Conclusion:
BTX-A injection under ultrasound- and electrical stimulation-guide is effective on cricopharyngeal achalasia dysphagia.
