Results:

Conclusion:

The preliminary verification of the scheme has a certain feasibility, has a certain guiding significance for nurses, and is helpful to improve the discharge preparation of elderly surgical patients with urinary incontinence and improve their satisfaction and quality of life when they are discharged.
