ABSTRACT

Objective:

To put forward suggestions for the problems identified in the application of Artificial Intelligence in the field of medical research management.

Methods:

Literature review were conducted to analyze the concept of Artificial Intelligence and its application in the field of medical scientific research management. The existing problems of medical Artificial Intelligence projects were identified and feasible countermeasures were put forward.

Results:

A total number of 16 Artificial Intelligence projects were going in the hospital. Some problems were identified during the management process, which including lack of regulatory regulations and professional standards, the communication barriers between the two partners are also prominent, the collection, sharing, and quality control of medical big data need to be standardized and managed ethically.

Conclusions:

Taking into account of the problems identified in the management of Artificial Intelligence projects in hospitals, scientific research management should put forward some countermeasures, such as improving management system and supervision mechanism, strengthening top-level guidance and improving employment capacity, paying attention to process management and fine business process, focusing on data supervision to promote business format promotion, cultivating talents to help comprehensive development, strengthening ethical awareness and risk management.
