Acute carbon monoxide poisoning can cause multiple organ damage due to hypoxia. In severe cases, it can be life-threatening and has a high fatality rate. Intestinal obstruction and thrombosis are rare complications of carbon monoxide poisoning. A case of carbon monoxide poisoning was reported.
