Bilateral ciliary body cyst were also detected by ultrasound biomicroscopy. Stool examination was positive for Metagonimus yokogawai. The cyst was removed through clear cornea incision. Histopathologically, the wall of the cyst. was composed of old red blood cells and fibrotic tissue.
