ABSTRACT
Nasopharyngeal cancer is extremely rare in childhood. One case is reported with massive metastasis to the cervical glands but without any symptom referable to the primary tumor. The diagnosis was established by punch biopsy of the metastatic cervical lymph nodes and confirmed by localization and biopsy of the primary tumor in the supero-posterior surface of the nasopharynx. Symptomatology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and possible therapy are discussed with a brief survey of the literature. (Summary and Conclusion)
