Clinical Observation of Mental Disorder for Young Adult Stroke in Acute Stage / 中国康复理论与实践

@#Objective To investigate mental disorder and related factors for young adult stroke in acute stage.Methods 98 young patients with stroke were evaluated with Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA). The mental disorder and related factors of these patients in acute stage were analyzed.Results Of 98 patients, 62 cases (63.3%) had mental disorder in acute stage and incidence rate of male was significantly higher than that of female ( P<0.01). The related factors included self-character, activity of living, family relationship, the degree of nervous functional defects and recent negative life events, etc.Conclusion The factors related with mental disorder of young adult stroke in acute stage are mainly biological and social psychic.
