Vivência na oficina de capacitação das Policlínicas: refletindo o impacto desse serviço na rede de saúde / Experience in the Polyclinic training workshop: reflecting the impact of the service on the health network

RESUMO

Objetivo: Relatar a experiência na oficina de capacitação da Policlínica, ocorrida na cidade de Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brasil. Metodologia: O evento foi conduzido por funcionários da Secretaria Estadual de Saúde, onde se explanou sobre o funcionamento desse serviço, discussão do protocolo de encaminhamento da Policlínica e discussão de casos. Resultados: Os principais resultados indicam uma boa expectativa sobre o serviço, já que os profissionais acreditam que haverá mais vagas para a população, e também muitas dúvidas sobre o funcionamento, e, se de fato o serviço causará mudanças a longo prazo. O confronto desses resultados com a revisão da literatura cientifica, aponta resultados pouco animadores, visto que as experiências semelhantes em outros municípios foram pouco exitosas graças a aspectos conjunturais que perduram no sistema de saúde. Conclusão: É necessário refletir se o atual contexto da saúde favorece operacionalizar o potencial da policlínica, ou, se essa será mais um ponto da rede de saúde que enfrentará os entraves já existentes. ABSTRACT

Objective: To report the experience in training workshop on Polyclinics, held in the city of Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil. Methodology: The event was conducted by employees of the State Department of Health, where it was explained about the operation of this service, discussion of the protocol of referral of the Polyclinic and discussion of cases. Results: The main results indicate a good expectation about the service, since the professionals believe that there will be more vacancies for the population, as well as many doubts about the operation, and if in fact the service will cause changes in the long term. The comparison of these results with the review of the scientific literature shows little encouraging results, since similar experiences in other municipalities were not very successful due to conjunctural aspects that persist in the health system. Conclusion: It is necessary to reflect if the current context of health favors the operationalization of the potential of the polyclinic, or if this will be another point of the health network that will face the existing obstacles.
