A produção do cuidado e a fonoaudiologia na rede de atenção à saúde: um estudo na rede própria do município de Salvador / The production of care and speech, language and hearing sciencesin the health care network: a study in the own network of the municipality of Salvador

RESUMO

A pesquisa teve como objetivo avaliar a produção do cuidado fonoaudiológico na Rede de Atenção à Saúde do município de Salvador-BA. Trata-se de um estudo de caráter qualitativo, descritivo exploratório, realizado por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os fonoaudiólogos que compõem a Rede do município estudado. O trabalho foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade do Estado da Bahia respeitando a Resolução Nº466 de 12 de dezembro de 2012 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo, emergindo a categoria O fazer fonoaudiológico na (des)construção do cuidado. Conclui-se que a produção do cuidado fonoaudiológico na Rede de Salvador envolve ações de acolhimento, encaminhamento, vínculo e trabalho em equipe. No entanto, foi observado desconhecimento e incertezas por parte dos fonoaudiólogos em relação ao acolhimento e sua prática, bem como fragmentação do cuidado e realização do encaminhamento de forma não efetiva.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the investigation is to evaluate the production and Speech, Language and Hearing Sciencesin the health care network form Salvador city ­ BA. This is a qualitative, exploratory descriptive study, conducted through semi- structured in the period 2016/2017, with all the speech therapists who make up the network of the studied municipality. The investigation was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Bahia , respecting the resolution N 466 of 12th December of 2012 from national health council, the data base were submitted to a level of content, emerging category Speech- language pathology in the construction of care. It is concluded that the production of Speech therapists in the Salvador Network involves actions of reception, referral, bonding and teamwork. However, it was observed the lack of knowledge and uncertainties on the part of speech therapists regarding the reception and their practice, as well as fragmentation of the care and performance of the referral in a no effective way.
