RESUMEN
El cuerpo humano ha estado sometido desde siempre a las disposiciones y cánones culturales; en tal sentido, los cortes han tenido un lugar de privilegio en distintas culturas siendo sinónimo de bien y dignidad. En la actualidad los cortes (cutting) se presentan carentes de esa inserción histórica y se alzan como mensajes que buscan conmocionar al Otro.
ABSTRACT
The human body has always been subject to cultural regulations and canons; In this sense, the courts have had a privileged place in different cultures, being synonymous with good and dignity. At present the cuts (cutting) are lacking in that historical insertion and are raised as messages that seek to shock the Other.
