RESUMO

A gestão informada por evidências científicas é uma forma estruturada e transparente de subsidiar a tomada de decisões políticas, e tem o objetivo de garantir que as decisões estejam fundamentadas na melhor evidência científica disponível (WHO, 2009). Com essa visão, no segundo semestre de 2019, a SES-GO instituiu o Núcleo de Evidências (NEv), vinculado à Subsecretaria de Saúde, cuja atribuição é realizar levantamentos e elaborar sínteses de evidências, revisões rápidas, entre outros produtos; para subsidiar a tomada de decisão no âmbito da pasta.

ABSTRACT

Management informed by scientific evidence is a structured and transparent way of supporting political decision-making, and aims to ensure that decisions are based on the best available scientific evidence (WHO, 2009). With this vision, in the second half of 2019, SES-GO instituted the Evidence Center (NEv), linked to the Undersecretary of Health, whose attribution is to conduct surveys and elaborate summaries of evidence, rapid reviews, among other products; to support decision-making within the portfolio.
