Ser docente de enfermería desde la mirada de sus participantes / Being a nursing teacher from the look of its memebers

RESUMEN

Este trabajo de corte cualitativo intenta responder a las preguntas ¿de qué hablan las maestras cuando se les pregunta sobre ser docentes en Enfermería y cómo llegaron a ella? El acopio de datos se realizó mediante el relato biográfico y el análisis del discurso fue la forma en que se intentó comprender lo dicho por las docentes Enfermeras. Desde una forma muy general, se elaboró una narrativa de lo entendido buscando algunos anclajes teóricos que permitan entender la realidad vivida y lo que aún experimentan las informantes sobre lo que significa ser docentes y las vías por las cuales llegaron a ella y siguen en su devenir. Lo más interesante del trabajo es que por un lado, se logró que las docentes hicieran un alto al camino para reconocer su trayectoria de vida y, por otro, se reconoció la necesidad de formarse en esta área tan compleja y rica en emociones humanas.

ABSTRACT

This qualitative-type work attempts to answer the following questions waht do teachers talk about when the are asked on being nursing teachers, and how do they arrived there? Data collecting was performed througth the biographical stary, and the analysis of the discourse was the way in which that said by nursing teachers was attempted to be understood. From a very general form, a narrative of that understood was elaborated, searching some theorentical anchorsthat allow understanding that lived reality and what the informants still experiment about what being a teacher means, and the way by which they arrived there and they continued ins its flux. The most interesting part of the work is that in achieved teachers to stop in their way for acknowledging their life path, and, on the other hand, it was acknowledged the need for being trained within this so complex area, sorich in human emotions.
