RESUMEN
Resumen El objetivo del estudio consistió en evaluar estadísticamente el flujo de migrantes de los países de Sudamérica, en los últimos treinta años. Para el análisis de la información se empleó la prueba de contraste de Tukey. Se observó que el mayor porcentaje de habitantes que ha migrado está en Paraguay, con un 12,5%, el menor porcentaje se da en Brasil, presentando diferencia estadística respecto a las demás naciones del sur del continente americano. Se puede concluir que la actual crisis política a la que se ve abocada Venezuela ha incidido en el último lustro en grandes desplazamientos de la población.
ABSTRACT
Abstract The objective of the study was to statistically assess the flow of migrants from South American countries over the past thirty years. Tukey's contrast test was used for the analysis of the information. It was observed that the highest percentage of inhabitants, which has migrated is in Paraguay, with 12.5%; the lowest percentage being in Brazil, which presents statistical difference from the other nations of the southern American continent. It can be concluded that the current political crisis that Venezuela is forced to have had an impact on large population displacements in the last five-year period.
