La bioética y los problemas de la constitución del sentido de lo humano

RESUMEN

Este escrito pretende llevar la teoría bioética a una esfera que no ha sido suficientemente analizada; consiste en la afirmación de que el deprecio de la vida humana, y de cualquier forma de vida en general, es una cuestión que se resuelve no por la argumentación de sistemas éticos formales, sino por descubrir el origen de ese deprecio en las donaciones de significado dadas por el hombre a la realidad, porque toda falta de respeto por la vida se explica en una postura que previamente haya hecho la desvalorización, que conduce al respectivo acto en el cual dar muerte se superpone a la existencia. Lo anterior es posible, si se obedecen los análisis genéticos de la experiencia, hechos por Edmund Husserl.

ABSTRACT

Bioethical theory is a field yet to be sufficiently analyzed. It is the assertion that the depreciation of human life and that of any life form in general, is an issue that is not solved through the argumentation provided by formal ethical systems, but through the process of discovering the origin of such depreciation in the donations of sense men give to reality. This is due to the fact that any disrespect for life is explained by a position that previously has depreciated, thus moving towards the act in which killing is prioritized over existence. That is possible if Edmund Husserl's genetic analyses of experience are followed.
