O teatro de objetos na oncologia humanizada: estudo preliminar / The object theatre in humanized oncology: a preliminary study

RESUMO

Objetivo: Avaliar a acuidade visual e desenvolver atividades de leitura e produção de estória com adolescentes internados no hospital, realizadas por profissionais da área da saúde, utilizando como estratégias a leitura de livros e o teatro de objetos, favorecendo a criação de ambientes interativos e relacionais para ressignificações no contexto hospitalar. Métodos: Foi um estudo transversal, exploratório com três adolescentes internados no Hospital de Base de Brasília D. F Brasil. Foi realizada a avaliação da acuidade visual dos participantes da pesquisa que fizeram o teste de acuidade visual, Teste de Bush, e como instrumentos de pesquisa foram utilizados livros de estórias e elementos ou objetos do contexto hospitalar disponibilizado pelo hospital para o teatro de objetos. Resultados: A avaliação da acuidade visual dos adolescentes foi adolescente A Visão 20/20 em ambos os olhos; adolescente B Visão 07 no olho direito e 0,8 no olho esquerdo e do adolescente C Visão 20/20 em ambos os olhos. Os objetos do contexto hospitalar selecionados pelo adolescente C para a composição da estória foram máscara, touca, algodão e luva. Conclusão: o estudo apresentou questões que abrem à possibilidade para novas investigações e discussões em relação à construção de uma oftalmologia e, por conseguinte de uma medicina mais acolhedora e humanizada nos hospitais.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To evaluate visual acuity and develop reading and production story with teenagers admitted to hospital, performed by professionals from health, using strategies such as reading books and the theater of objects, favoring the creation of interactive environments and relational activities to reinterpretation in the hospital context. Methods: A cross-sectional, exploratory study with three teenagers at the Hospital de Base de Brasília DF- Brazil. Assessment of visual acuity of survey participants who took the test visual acuity test was performed Bush, and as research instruments were used storybooks and elements or objects of hospital context provided by the hospital to the theater of objects. Results: The evaluation of visual acuity of adolescents was The adolescent Vision 20/20in both eyes; Teen B Vision 07 in the right eye and 0.8 in the left eye and adolescent C Vision 20/20 in both eyes. The objects selected by the hospital context teenager C for the composition of the story were mask, cap, and cotton glove. Conclusion: The study showed that questions the possibility to open new investigations and discussions regarding the construction of ophthalmology and therefore a more welcoming and humane medical care in hospitals.
