O objetivo deste trabalho é refletir sobre a maneira pela qual os autores compreendem a utilidade clínica do conceito de enactment**2. São expostas algumas controvérsias sobre o tema e as principais diferenças em relação a termos mais correntes na literatura psicanalítica, como contratransferência e acting. Por fim, através de duas vinhetas clínicas, é feita uma proposta de pensar-se o enactment na clínica com crianças, bem como a introdução dos termos enactment de vida e enactment de morte.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to discuss the authors understanding of the clinical usefulness of the concept of enactment. Some controversies on the subject and the main differences between enactment and most current terms in the psychoanalytic literature such as countertransference and acting are also discussed. Finally, through two clinical vignettes, a proposal is made to think about the concept of enactment in the work with children, as well as the introduction of the terms life enactment and death enactment.(AU)
