RESUMO

Apesar da colagem ortodôntica significar o início do tratamento, o Ortodontista tem que pensar já na finalização durante a execução desse procedimento. A precisão na colagem determinará a qualidade da finalização dos casos clínicos. Assim, uma rotina deve ser adotada, bem como uma atenção especial deve ser prestada, para a proteção do arco do sorriso durante esse importante passo. O presente artigo objetiva apresentar uma forma de colagem moderna para proteção do arco do sorriso.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Although orthodontic bonding means the beginning of the treatment, the Orthodontist has to think about the completion during the execution of this procedure. The precision of bonding procedure will determine the quality of clinical cases finalization. So a routine must be adopted, as well as special attention should be given to the protection of the smile arc during this important step. The present article aims to present a modern bonding procedure for protection of the smile arch.(AU)
