Psicologia no sistema único de assistência social: uma experiência de clínica ampliada e intervenção em crise / Psychology in the unified system for social assistance: a broadened clinical experience and intervention

RESUMO

O presente estudo relata a atuação do psicólogo no Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS), vislumbrando as possibilidades, desafios e limites das intervenções. A partir do referencial da clínica ampliada, políticas públicas e atuação do psicólogo em situação de crise, destacou-se a importância do trabalho interdisciplinar e ações intersetoriais para o rompimento do ciclo da violência, proteção e desenvolvimento dos usuários. Evidenciou-se ainda a importância de romper com teorias individualizantes, hegemônicas e tradicionais para propor ações que partam da realidade em que se atua e sejam construídas conjuntamente com os sujeitos.

ABSTRACT

This study reports the practice of the psychologist in the Unified System for Social Assistance (SUAS), including the possibilities, challenges, and limitations of the interventions. From the references of the broadened clinical practice, of the public policies, and of the practice of the psychologist in crisis situations, the importance of the interdisciplinary work and intersectoral actions for the rupture of the cycle of violence, protection, and development of the users were highlighted. The importance of the rupture from individualizing, hegemonic, and traditional theories was evidenced so that actions which derive from the reality of the practice and which are built jointly with the subjects are proposed.
