Origem e distribuição do nervo mediano em suínos (Sus scrofa domesticus, Linnaeus, 1758) / Origin of the median nerve and its distribution arm of pigs (Sus scrofa domesticus, Linnaeus, 1758)

RESUMO

Estudou-se a origem e distribuição do nervo mediano em 30 fetos de suínos da linhagem Pen Ar Lan, sendo 10 machos e 20 fêmeas, obtidos de aborto ou natimortos, que foram dissecados após fixação em solução de formaldeído a 10%. Observou-se que este nervo se origina dos ramos ventrais do sétimo nervo espinhal cervical ao primeiro nervo espinhal torácico (C7, C8 e T1) em 93,30% e dos ramos ventrais do sétimo nervo espinhal cervical ao segundo nervo espinhal torácico (C7, C8, T1 e T2) em 6,70%. O nervo mediano enviou ramos aos músculos flexor profundo dos dedos (cabeças ulnar, umeral e radial), flexor radial do carpo, flexor ulnar do carpo, flexor superficial dos dedos (partes superficial e profunda) e pronador redondo.

ABSTRACT

We studied the origin and distribution of the median nerve in the arm and forearm of 30 pig fetuses lineage Pen Ar Lan, 10 males and 20 females, obtained from miscarriages or stillbirths, which were dissected after fixation in formaldehyde solution 10%. We note that this nerve originated from the ventral branches of the seventh cervical spinal nerve to the first thoracic spinal nerve (C7, C8 and T1) at 93.30% and the ventral branches of the seventh cervical spinal nerve to the second thoracic spinal nerve (C7, C8 , T1 and T2) at 6.70%. The median nerve was distributed to the deep flexor muscles (ulnar heads, humeral and radial), flexor carpi radialis, flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor digitorum superficialis (share superficial and deep) and pronator teres.
