O luto complicado diante da finitude de idoso hospitalizado: um alerta à equipe de saúde / The persistent complex bereavement disorder front of the hospitalized elderly's finitness: A warning to the health team

RESUMO

Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a implicação da equipe na prevenção do luto complicado junto ao cuidador-familiar de uma idosa hospitalizada. Trata-se de um estudo de caso norteado pela Epistemologia Qualitativa de González Rey, que revelou aspectos importantes sobre o cuidado ao cuidador-familiar, especialmente na preparação para a morte, e prevenção do luto complicado. Evidenciou-se a importância do resgate da subjetividade na terminalidade, e dos cuidados paliativos, como forma de preparação para uma morte digna.

ABSTRACT

This article has as goal to discuss the implications of the persistent complex bereavement disorder prevention's team front of a hospitaled elderly's family-caregiver. It is a case study that follows the González Rey qualitative epistemology, that showed importante aspects of the family-caregiver care, specially in the preparation for the death and persistent complex bereavement prevention. We defend the importance of the terminal subjectivity rescue and the palliative care as a form of preparation for the dignified death.
