O relacionamento médico-paciente requer não só o conhecimento das técnicas da entrevista clínica, mas, também, é preciso ter a consciência de que o mundo do paciente e sua família, pode ser tão diverso daquele domédico, que a comunicação só será possível se souberusar a principal qualidade do método clínico, a sua flexibilidade. ABSTRACT

The doctor-patient relationship requires not only the knowledge of the techniques of clinical interview, but also, it is necessary to be aware that the world of the patient and his family may be so different from that of the doctor, that communication will only be possible if able to use the main quality of the clinical method, its flexibility.
