RESUMEN
Objetivo:
describir los factores que influyen en la falta de adherencia al tratamiento de la infección tuberculosa latente. Materiales ymétodos:
estudio retrospectivo y descriptivo, en pacientes infectados con el Virus de la Inmunodeficiencia Humana atendidos en una institución prestadora de salud de Medellín, Colombia.Resultados:
el 45% de los pacientes presentaron problemas de adherencia como interrupciones menores a 30 días o pérdida del seguimiento, la significación estadística (p<0,05) se presento en las variables efectos adversos y adherencia a la terapia antirretroviral.Conclusión:
los efectos adversos presentados y la adherencia a la terapia antirretroviral se asocian a los problemas de adherencia al tratamiento preventivo de la Infección Tuberculosa Latente..(AU)ABSTRACT
