The present study revealed that all the 3 larval stages of C. titillator collected from T. Evansi infected camels were heavily infected with epimastigote stage. This epimastigote stage was found always in a dividing stage. Experimental infection of mice and guinea pigs with this epimastigote revealed negative results. Further studies are needed to clarify the role of C. titillator in the epidemiology of T. evansi
