ABSTRACT
A case of Klippel-Feil Syndrome in a young Saudi female who also had a aplastic uterus and rudimentary vagina. This is the first reported case of Klippel-Feil syndrome with absent uterus and vagina. The deafness was caused by the thickened footplate and it improved following stapedectomy
