The authors verify, from a sery of 53 Tunisian cases of multiple myeloma, the prognosis signification of certain classic parameters The renal function, the hemoglobin rate, the paraprotein type are correlated with the Survival. The age, the sex, the calcemia, the light clain type and also the sedimentation speed don't modify the prognosis of Kahler disease. In the occasion of a review of literature, are remembered parameters recently introduced in the prognosis affection of the multiple myeloma The therapeutic perspectives allow to hase a hetter survival of this affection which is regularly fatal
