ABSTRACT
The authors report a new case of patient who presented the symptoms of Whippe disease diagnosed only about 3 years after the onset of clinical manifestations. The symptomatology has developed in two phases a first phase of articular troubles and a second phase of global intestinal malabsorption. The diagnosis was made by intestinal biopsy. The evolution was favorable with treatment by antibiotics
