ABSTRACT
The therapeutic choice for a myeloplax tumors [stage I or II] remains difficult inspite of the suggested processes curetage-filling up of the cavity or resection and reconstruction. These difficulties have made the authors use a new technique which is based on the filling up the cavity with the surgical cement. This procedure is illustrated by three cases treated with a follow-up of 4, 16 and 18 months respectively
