Leprosy is an uncommon disease in the Saudi population, and has never been reported from the Central Province. Lepromatous leprosy is the most contagious form of leprosy, and erythema nodosum leprosum is an unusual complication. An unusual case of leprosy from the central region of Saudi Arabia presenting as erythema nodosum leprosum is described
