Augmentation rhinoplasty

ABSTRACT

Forty cases with saddle deformity of the nose were operated for augmentation Satisfactory results were obtained in all the cases except five, in whom revision rhinoplasty were undertaken. Cartilage graft was found useful in mild to moderate saddling, while bone graft from iliac crest was used in severe deformities. Open rhinoplasty was found to be the most useful technique especially in patient with large deformities
