Background and Objective: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that is characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from defects in insulin secretion and action, or even both of them. Proveskia abrotanoides has anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic effects.
