ABSTRACT
Background:
psoriasis is a papulo-squamous disease with different morphology, severity, distribution and course of disease. The aim of the treatment was to reduce disease activity to a level that permits an acceptable quality of life with negligible toxicity from the treatment itself. About 25% of patients experience major psychological distress due to the disease. Its long duration along with comorbidities have a negative impact on quality of life
