ABSTRACT

The authors present a restatement of the therapeutical managernent of primary tuberculosis in child. The short treatment is ideal, it lastes 6 months and is based on Combination of 3 drugs Rifampicin, Isoniazide and pyrazinamid which must be used only on 2 months period. As for congenital tuberculosis, this paper suggests an attitude in accordance to the maternal tuberculosis
