Liver hydatid cyst opening in biliary tract about 19 cases

ABSTRACT

We report 19 cases of livers hydatid cyst opened into bile ducts, which have been observed for 6 years [1984-1989]. This study proved the advantage of the reduction of cyst cavity associated with a bipolar drainage transfistulo- oddien. The uniplar drainage transfistulo- oddien waits an indication of necessity in the cases of deep and small cysts inserted in the liver and opened into bile ducts
