ABSTRACT
A young 32 years old woman presents a recurrent phlebitis which reveals a multiple myeloma. It is a level one of Durie and Salmon's multiple myeloma without clinical and biological signs of evolutivity after sixteen months of study without chemotherapy. The authors discuss about the pathogenecity of thomboembolis complications, and the treatment of the clinical case
