ABSTRACT
Excised juniper multiplied in 2 weeks with 0.7% polyvinylpyrrolidone [PVP], 2% sucrose and 0.5 mg/l BAP. Hundred% multiplication was observed in the cultured buds. A maximum number of new buds [multiplication product] were obtained with 1 mg/l K, i.e. 9 buds per single treated bud
