ABSTRACT
Rauwolfia buds were cultured in vitro for root initiation. Roots were excised, cultured and callused with 1 mg/I IAA+10 mg/I BAP. Callus was propagated successfully using different treatments. Shoot regeneration was induced on MS medium supplemented with 10% CM and 5 mg/I biotin
