ABSTRACT
A 26 year old man was evaluated for dyspnea on exertion from seven months before admission to our cardiovascular medical center. Echocardiography showed a mass close to the tricuspid valve at the right ventricle. Operation was performed and pathological exam showed poorly differentiated sarcoma, a very rare reported case
