Corneal epithelioma and Bowen's disease: study and management

In this work seven cases with coronal and limbal masses were presented. The masses were excised and subjected to microscopic examination. A high incidence of malignant change was found and was attributed to the actinic activity of the sunny atmosphere of our country. Full clinical examination especially of the skin, viscera, ' etc., to discover any associated malignant lesion or dormant secondaries, is of utmost importance. Warily local excision, with safety margin, seems to be the best management even in the presence of malignant change. Follow up, over prolonged periods, is necessary as the of recurrence is usually high
