ABSTRACT
Callus cultures of Solanum mammosum L. were established for stem, leaf and root segments. Callus was propagated successfully on Abou-Mandour's [1977] and Murashige and Skoog's [1962] media. Undifferentiated callus growth active for 22 weeks was observed with varying concentrations of 2,4-D and BAP respectively in AM and MS media
