ABSTRACT
Mitochondia in liver, spleen and kidney of Bufo regularis after injection of cyclophosphamide were studied. Considerable variations in form and distribution of mitochondria took place in the organs tested. Their number initially decreased in the liver, then increased again. In the spleen and kidney, their number and size increased. After four weeks from injection, a decrease in the number of mitochondria in all organs was obvious and the organs returned back to normal
