The authors describe a rare unexceptional association of intra and extra uterine pregnancies. The rate of this association is in a permanent rise with the increasing use of ovulation inducement and invitro fecundity with the increase of extra uterine pregnancies incidence. The association is seldom evoked because the clinical symptomes are often misleading. An improuvement of the prognosis is possible if the doctor thinks about this possibility more often
