Management of developmental dysplasia of the hip, ages 3-9 years using a subtrochanteric varus, shortening, derotation combined with an innominate osteotomy in one operative session

A review of 36 hips ages 3-9 years, with severe Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip [DDH], where a combined subtrochanteric varus, derotation and femoral shortening osteotomy, together with an innominate osteotomy was performed in one stage.
