ABSTRACT
The hospital as Ibn Jubayr remarks are among the great glories of Islam. The establishment of the hospitals started at the beginning of the second century of Islamic era by the Muslim caliphs, Sultans and noblemen throughout the vast Islamic dominions. Thus hospitals developed and spread simultaneously with Islamic power specially in all the countries conquered by the Muslims. The whole network of the hospitals ultimately served as a model for the modern European Hospitals
