ABSTRACT
Fibroepithelial polyps of the renal pelvis are rare, this article reviews the world literature and reports the tenth case, which was found incidentally during pyelolithotomy. It was treated by local excision and fulguration of its base. The kidney from which the polyp was excised is functioning satisfactorily one year after surgery
