Ectopic pregnancy following reversal of tubal ligation

ABSTRACT

A case report of Ectopic pregnancy after reversal of tubal ligation is reported at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital in January 2000. A 30 years old female para 3+0 was admitted in emergency at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital with history of 06 weeks amenorrhoea, severe lower ab dominal pain rind vaginal bleeding. Her pregnancy test was positive and clinically she was diagnosed ie, a case of Ectopic pregnancy which was confirmed by ultrasonographic examination as right tubal ruptured Ectopic pregnancy. Her tubal reavastomosis was performed 02 year ago. She had tubal ligation done in 1996 after last child birth. But unfortunately all three children died because of natural causes and she had no living issue.
