ABSTRACT
Incomplete duplication of the uterus with a functioning non-communicating horn is a rare developmental malformation. This report describes a young milligravid lady with increasing intractable dysmenorrhoea unsuccessfully treated with prostaglandin inhibitors. Laparoscopic evaluation led to the diagnosis of the rare anomaly of a functioning non-communicating uterine horn. Excision of the same afforded complete relief of dysmenorrhoea
