Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents are of profound importance to cure inflammation and relieve pain in cases of rheumatic and other inflammatory conditions. Indomethacin is being used as a potential therapeutic agent. It is expected that structural similarity or alteration may lead to better anti-inflammatory agents.
