Giant renal stone: a case report and review of literature

Renal stones weighing more than 100 g are rare, because most stones cause arrest of renal function before they reach giant size. A case of giant renal calculus is reported weighing 550 g, which is the largest stone to be reported from Iraq. A summary of the large stones reported in the literature is included
